A Tradition Older Than the Worksheet
Long before "summer slide" had a name, French families had the cahier de vacances — a vacation workbook kids worked through a little at a time. Japanese families have natsuyasumi no tomo — the same idea, built into the school calendar. Book Fairy Tales' Summer Learning Mode draws on both traditions: light, low-pressure, and paced for a season without classrooms.
How It Works
During the school year, Book Fairy Tales serves daily quests tuned to your child's current BFT Level. Each summer, the same world shifts into vacation-workbook pacing — recapping what they've already mastered and gently previewing what's next, so September doesn't start from scratch.
This is a seasonal pacing mode within the same year-round leveling system — not a separate product, and not a claim of alignment with any school's summer curriculum.
